Org clinic liaison

A member of an organization, such as ALS Association or I Am ALS, who attends ALS clinics held at a particular location and helps coordinate care for the patients who attend clinic at that location. The liaison role can include working with the patient to make sure they understand the importance of clinic care and the importance of taking the ALS Clinic Advisor survey.
