In memory of Pat Dolan

If you know anything about Pat, you know he worked tirelessly to reform the ALS space so that those diagnosed after him would not have to be told that there was STILL no cure or even treatment that slows progression after 150 years. He accomplished major steps toward this goal through providing a data platform for researchers, advocates, and the ALS community.

As for the road ahead, we at GeoALS will continue to stay true to its mission and Pat’s core beliefs on how to effect impactful change. Danielle Boyce will be interim board president until GeoALS staff can regain their footing after this devastating loss.
